Like I desperately wish for grace to be extended to me, I need to offer it freely to others. That extends to every area of life. When I took that and ran with it, I noticed that I stopped getting angry and frustrated with people.

I will still correct people, but I won't be cross about it, and if someone comes without a gracious spirit almost always I respond with grace. I guess I pretty much don't get offended any more. (Please don't try to test that. lol) I still have feelings, and I still dislike things, but they don't make me react.Felicityhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09904257725288194080noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-970095612678168609.post-37150341431112362542010-04-02T19:25:09.000-07:002010-04-02T19:25:09.000-07:00Excellent thoughts. I was talking with a friend about Ephesians 4 the other day... verses 1-7 and 30-31 really stood out to me.

Therefore I, the prisoner of the Lord, implore you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling with which you have been called, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, showing tolerance for one another in love, being diligent to preserve the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit, just as also you were called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all who is over all and through all and in all.... Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another, tender-hearted, forgiving each other, just as God in Christ also has forgiven you.

Forgiveness and grace are a reflection of His character... and just like the parable says... it makes no sense to respond in an unforgiving way when we have been forgiven so much!

Thanks for sharing!Daniel Osbornehttp://www.danielrosborne.blogspot.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-970095612678168609.post-49668144629347781292010-04-02T23:50:33.000-07:002010-04-02T23:50:33.000-07:00very encouraging thnxs!!very encouraging thnxs!!lavanillanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-970095612678168609.post-331324689852483842010-04-04T12:31:50.000-07:002010-04-04T12:31:50.000-07:00That makes a lot of sense!
