"But I do not consider my life of any account as dear to myself, so that I may finish my course and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify solemnly of the gospel of the grace of God.
"And now, behold, I know that all of you, among whom I went about preaching the kingdom, will no longer see my face.
"Therefore, I testify to you this day that I am innocent of the blood of all men.
"For I did not shrink from declaring to you the whole purpose of God.

To be able to without a doubt and honestly state at any given date... sobering. Can I state that now? Honestly?
Tough question!
It is difficult to work through everyone you know so you can say this. But I'm definitely working on it. And even with all the horrible responses, my best friends ignoring me because I talked with our friends about testing themselves according to Scripture, and a pastor coming to the corner of the stage right where I was sitting and ranting at me during a sermon... it's worth it to know a seed is planted with the truth and I am doing all I can so someday they may be saved and that my love for them isn't just something I say rather than actually proving it and sacrificing to prove it.
